We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all returns are evaluated individually. Once you have registered your return, you have 10 days to return the package.
What you are allowed to return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Please note, unless the item is damaged and matches your order, we do not provide return labels.
The cost of return shipping must be paid by you. You can pack the product yourself and send it back via a parcel service. The costs for this are for your own account.

If your return is accepted, we will send you all instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
It may take up to 10 working days to process the return received. We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the return has been approved. Once we approve it, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original method of payment. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and credit your refund.
